Join Carle Illinois College of Medicine’s Bioethics and Medical Humanities

significance of increasing the number of African American people within
the production of medical knowledge and the practice of medicine.
Speakers will explore ways to make actionable change to reduce health
disparities and medical inequities, and to shift the extent to which
African American people are underrepresented in medicine and
medical education (URiM).
