This one-hour online presentation and demo is aimed at campus IT Pros and phone coordinators. We will begin by exploring the Teams Phones interface. Additional topics will include management of Contacts, Calls, and Voicemail. We will take a look at the improvements to Presence and Phone settings. We will finish up by sharing process information and support resources.
